Abstract
This essay shares some insights regarding people I would describe as indigenous occupants living in the Asian, Pacific, and African regions. In doing so, this essay highlights some of the main legal challenges that indigenous peoples face in these regions, and then presents a brief overview of some efforts to address these challenges.
