Abstract

This volume of the ST. THOMAS LAW FORUM is dedicated to Professor Donald Lively, for his unequivocal dedication and support to the FORUM and its Board of Editors. Professor Lively's confidence in the Board of Editors allowed the FORUM to evolve into a vehicle which showcases the ability and insights of the students of St. Thomas University School of Law.
